Smart Gilas beats Kobe Bryant and the UAAP All Stars

Los Angeles Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant surprises Filipino basketball fans as he wears the FEU jersey as a teammate of the UAAP All Stars and played against the SMART Gilas in their exhibition game at the Araneta Coliseum.

The sold-out Araneta Center crowd went wild as the NBA star put on a Far Eastern University (FEU) jersey and warmed up before  the game.

Kobe Bryant teamed up with the UAAP All-Stars Kirk Long, Greg Slaughter, LA Revilla and Joshua Webb, while Gilas again fielded Ballesteros, Lutz and Aguilar, along with Mark Barroca and Mac Baracael.

But despite Kobe’s efforts, the Smart Gilas still managed to win over Kobe Bryant and UAAP All-Stars with an ending score of 45-41.
