Vice-Mayor Rodrigo Duterte says the dirty finger is a freedom of expression

Father of Davao punching Mayor Sara Duterte, Vice-Mayor Rodrigo Duterte tells his critics that the dirty finger which he flashed in public on Monday was a "freedom of expression."

Vice-Mayor Duterte showing a dirty finger again in a local media interview said, "Ito naman si Etta, sabi violation of human rights mag-ganun ako."


"It is a sign of anger, it is a sign of extreme disgust, It means galit ako sa iyo," said Vice-Mayor Duterte.

Vice-Mayor Duterte said that the dirty finger was his response to reports that the Commission on Human Rights wants have him sanctioned.

And again like-father-like-son-and-like-daughter, city councilor and president of the city's league of barangays, Paul Duterte, also flashed a dirty finger in front of journalist when he was asked about his reactions to his father's stand on the dirty finger flashing issue.
